MTB Epics UK uses web software to track the number of visitors to the site’s pages that are most often visited, and the domains from which people visit the site. POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Prices are for UK delivery only. Please contact us for prices on overseas orders. 

We make every effort to dispatch items as soon as possible, which is usually on the same or next (working) day. Orders go via Royal Mail and generally take around 2 days to be delivered.

Please let us know if you have any special requirements, like orders to be left with a neighbour if you are out, and we will make a note on the package and hope the delivery person can accommodate the request.    

Please report any damaged items delivered to us immediately. 

Returned items, not damaged or incorrectly sent, are done so at your own cost.  

 

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

1.1 The organisers of the event are MTB Epics UK, referred to as MEUK

1.2 The event can be any event listed on the MEUK website (www.mtbepicsuk.co.uk)

1.3 An entry refers to payment received for an event

 

2. Conditions of entry

2.1 By entering the event, the entrant agrees to abide by the T & C’s

2.2 By entering the event, entrants are confirming they are capable of completing the event and that the organisers will not be held responsible for any illness or injury as a result of their participation

2.3 MEUK will take no responsibility for any loss (including fatal), injury, or damage to any persons or property

2.4 All entrants must obey highway code rules and follow the country code

2.5 All entrants must wear a helmet at all times when riding

2.6 All entrants, or at least one member of a group entry, must have some basic map reading skills (some sections of the route may not be signed)

2.7 All entrants, or at least one member of a group entry, must carry adequate tools and spares and have some mechanical skill (eg. puncture repair/drive chain issues etc)

2.8 All entrants will sign on before the event and sign off after finishing the event or will inform the organisers if unable to complete the event. Entrants must also sign in to any designated checkpoints en-route

2.9 All entrants under 18 years of age to be accompanied by an adult at all times

 

3. Confirmation of entry

3.1 An automated email will be sent confirming your entry to the event from MEUK

 

4. Transfers, refunds and credit

4.1 Entrants can transfer their entry to another person via email to the organisers

4.2 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

4.3 Entrants can withdraw and apply for an event ‘credit’ via email to the organisers. This means you can use your full entry fee to redeem on a future MEUK event.

 

5. Event Cancellation

5.1 If a single-day event has to be cancelled for any reason, MEUK will attempt to defer all entries to a similar MEUK event and location. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given due to costs already incurred

5.2 If a multi-day event has to be cancelled for any reason, MEUK will give a 90% refund due to costs already incurred

 

6. Photography

6.1 The entrant authorises the use of  their pictures without payment for use in any future MEUK  promotions
